LNW Enterprises was founded by LaToya Williams and is based in Buffalo, New York. With more than 23 years of hospitality experience as both a corporate and leisure Sales Manager and Director of Sales and Catering, she knows what it is like to create and execute events ranging from small, intimate gatherings to large, full-scale conferences. LaToya holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Buffalo State College, and a M.B.A. from Capella University. After years of working with all hotel brands and partnering with HelmsBriscoe, LaToya formed LNW Enterprises so she could use her in-depth skills to help companies and organizations across the country locate the best venues for their events and meetings. LaToya firmly believes that all events should be memorable and specialized, leaving a long-lasting impression on each attendee.
Continuously advancing her industry knowledge and skillset, LaToya recently became a Pandemic Compliance Advisor for meeting and event professionals. This ensures that any of her clients can request her expertise at events, ensuring all guests are in compliance with CDC guidelines.

In addition, Latoya won the Ambassador Award from Buffalo State College, where she is an adjunct professor in the hospitality department. LaToya is married to her favorite U.S. Navy Vet and has two sons and two grandchildren.
