LNW Enterprises is one of Buffalo’s leading boutique firms specializing in event design, planning, and orchestration. A proud Military Spouse Owned Enterprise founded in 2017, we are designers and producers working together to ensure our clients and events receive an unsurpassed level of attention.
With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, LaToya rose through the ranks from front desk clerk to Director of Sales & Marketing. She understands the nuts and bolts of the industry. From behind the scenes to contracting & completion, she knows how to bring your vision to fruition.
Our founder, LaToya Williams, has received several industry recognitions, including the CVB Beacon Award (Sales Manager of the Year), Manager of the Quarter with Hyatt, 40 under 40 with Connect, and the Ambassador Award from Buffalo State College, where she is an adjunct professor in the hospitality department. With our industry-leading knowledge and skills, including a Pandemic Compliance Advisor certification, our goal is to negotiate the most favorable contracts on behalf of our clients to save both time and money, establishing a rewarding partnership.
LaToya brings a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Buffalo State College and a MBA from Capella University, paired with a penchant for telling stories on a grand scale through events.

They provide a fully prepared logistics team and hours of service to supervise the timely installation of all elements.
